The Clark Tip Blind hinge is designed to be surface mounted onto the window casing. The hinge is designed to stay in the open position, however a shutter tie-back is recommended. A complete set of (2) left handed and (2) right handed hinges, along with (2) traditional latches are included. Unfinished and ready for field painting. Required fasteners included.
